The Project Director is the leader and bonding agent in charge of the effective performance of each and all the components of our project teams and events including but not limited to: internal teams, clients, providers, suppliers, external vendors, et al. As a manager, the PD mentors the Project Managers and ensures to deeply know and understand the clients' and our Company needs and objectives while guiding the successful pitch and implementation of each project proposal. The PD is a strong organizer and administrator able to respect the freedom for project managers to develop exceptional concepts and ideas. As a seasoned agency, events professional, and asset manager the PD can plan, develop, handle and manage multiple large- scale projects and teams ensuring the maximum profitability of each project and the highest quality in delivery for every client.
The PD brings into the Company extensive experience and a broad network and resources pool to strengthen and grow the business into the next level. Your main goal is to create winning proposals and overview the successful development and top-level execution of each project towards the creation and increase of profitable business.
We expect top-level time and resource management to be implemented by our PD.
TASKS:
• Create and ensure success of proposals for new business and project development
• Oversee proposals and guarantee all teams are efficiently managing time and resources
• Strong ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Manage all projects' budgets and ensures effective cost control and cost savings
• Lead, support and motivate Project Managers through the pitch and execution of projects at the highest level of professionalism
• Works together with other department heads to ensure the positive development and operation of the local office
• Create and Manage high performance teams and strives to create an organic, fun and joyful working environment for all team members
• Sources new clients and projects while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Ensures the Company's best interests are met and advocates for safety and security always
• Creates and establishes schedules

任职要求
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in Project Management for Corporate Events and/or entertainment industry (ideal 3+ years); related experience in PR or Marketing; any equivalent combination of comprehensive experience and education desired
• Outstanding performance and drive to become a leader, overcome the challenges and make your mark in the industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proven management skills in a multi-cultural or international environment
• Ability to work and manage teams under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in budget and asset management
• Strong profit drive
• Solid work ethic and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating multicultural teams across different time zones
