Responsibilities:
• Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
• Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact
• Set and manage client expectations, concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and timelines, ensuring work is delivered in a timely and accurate manner
• Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Creative and Digital etc.) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
• Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
• Provide administrative support to team as required
• Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed
任职要求
Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years managing and servicing accounts
• Experience working in BTL and ATL activities/assets development and production
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal slikks, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Good problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Must possess good written & verbal skills in English
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative
• Familiarity with workflow tools and experience on adaptation and localization projects is a plus
