Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management
• Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
• Ensure understand client’s requests and expectation
• Proactively communicate with clients to get feedbacks or information needed to ensure that projects are run well
• Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
• Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
• QC all the outputs before sending to clients and ensure all the works delivered to client are on brief and in good quality
2. Project Management
• Can independently lead or manage different types of works
• Understand client’s expectation on work quality and prepare clear briefs to internal teams
• Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Creative and Digital etc.) and external (Clients, agencies, 3rd parties, freelancers) where necessary to ensure things get done
• Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
3. Team Management
• Assist Team Leader to coach/ guide/ motive junior team member, improve team performance
• Distribute works according to team mature and client needs, QC team’s work when necessary

Requirements:
• 5+ years' managing and servicing international accounts, team management experience is needed
• Experience working in BTL, Packaging, Social Content, Retail and/or print production
• Strong time management/prioritization skills
• Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
• Good written and verbal skills in English is a plus
