职位描述
We are currently looking for an Account Coordinator under Fashion team mainly to support community activities and events for Vuori.
Responsibilities
• Support event planning, preparation, on-site execution and reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, retail teams, community partners, landlords and venues.
• Liaise with designers and vendors on event materials, production and delivery.
• Check creative materials and on-site execution for accuracy, quality and brand consistency.
• Prepare briefs, presentations, meeting minutes and event reports.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and keep timelines on track.

• Outgoing, proactive, organized and attentive to detail.
• Familiar with event processes and vendor or venue coordination. an event agency background is preferred.
• A good visual sense and an interest in fashion, active lifestyles and wellness.
• Basic media & KOL relationship experience and event experience is a plus.
• Fluent oral and writing English communication skills.
• You are knowledgeable about China’s digital, social, media, and marketing developments.
• Team player with problem solving attitudes.
