RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage proactive and reactive media engagement, building and maintaining strong relationships with lifestyle, household appliance and business media as well as KOL/ influencers.
• Identify and pitch brand-relevant stories, securing impactful coverage and driving meaningful conversations.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing counsel, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple campaigns and projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming, planning, and execution of integrated communications strategies across PR, digital, and influencer channels.
• Research and analyze industry trends to provide insights and identify new opportunities for brand storytelling and positioning.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal/external alignment to ensure client satisfaction and business impact.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum/Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field is preferred. Or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience
• 2-4 years of experience in PR, digital PR, or marketing, preferably within an agency environment or relevant industry.
• Solid background working with household appliance.
• Proven ability to support retainer accounts, manage projects end-to-end, communicate effectively with clients, deliver KPIs, and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Strong command of written and spoken Chinese, with excellent copywriting skills for PR materials such as press releases, briefing documents, and event scripts.
• Exceptional media relations background with demonstrated capacity of working with global business and policy press to manage story development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel)
Additional Requirements:
• Increased level of analysis and strategic recommendations based on industry knowledge
• High level of initiative; takes accountability for role on projects
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong client relationships
• Has established editor and/or analyst relationships and has proactively placed stories
• Client and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks
• Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
• Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)
