Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communications with key clients, accurately identify business needs, and drive projects from planning through execution.
Provide strategic recommendations on digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and integrated campaigns. Participate in or lead client proposals and presentations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, Media, Production, and external vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identify business opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives.
Manage, mentor, and develop Account Executives (AE) and Senior Account Executives (SAE), including task allocation, coaching, and quality control of deliverables.
Conduct post-project reviews, capture key learnings, and continuously improve client management, project execution, and team performance.

任职要求
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing, social media, or content marketing account management. Experience in an international advertising, PR, or integrated communications agency is preferred.
Proven experience managing international or regional clients, with a solid understanding of global client expectations, communication styles, and project management standards.
Strong aesthetic sense with a good eye for branding, creative quality, visual storytelling, and social media content. Able to provide constructive feedback on creative work while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end digital marketing process, including client servicing, strategy development, proposal preparation, budgeting, project scheduling, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
Strong client management skills with the ability to identify underlying business needs, rather than simply relaying requests, and translate client feedback into clear and actionable solutions.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality delivery.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, KOL/KOC collaboration, and the customer journey from content to conversion.
Excellent written and spoken English is required, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients, overseas teams, and senior stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
Experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus, such as for research, meeting minutes, competitor analysis, proposal drafting, content optimisation, project management, or post-project reviews.
