Group Head (Art-Based)     

- Conceptualize and execute original, compelling creative work driven by out-of-the-box thinking and a forward-looking aesthetic. Scope includes, but is not limited to, print, film, product design, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Working with Creative Director, fellow creatives and third-party vendors to oversee the quality of work from conception to final delivery, consistently striving to elevate the output.

- Guide and develop junior creatives, fostering their growth and improving their overall creative capabilities.

- Lead pitches and shoots independently if necessary, or help the team to ensure successful project completion.

- A strong distaste for mediocrity, a proven track record of successful ideas and campaigns, and a relentless drive for creative growth.

- Minimum 3 years (for SAD) / 5 years (for GH) / 7 years (for ACD) of experience either at a international 4A agency or a renowned creative boutique.

- Bachelor or Master degree in Art, Design, Film or other relatable majors from a reputable institution. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

- Deep knowledge of different art and design styles across eras, with a keen interest in knowing and absorbing the ever-changing trends and consumer insights.

- Addicted to (or content creator) on platforms such as Behance, Pinterest, and Xiaohongshu.
