艺术总监     

-Lead the design team to execute creative directions;
-Oversee the quality, style, and consistency of all visual design outputs;
-Translate brand and campaign ideas into compelling visual assets;
-Supervise design across touchpoints such as social media, e-commerce, video, and offline visuals;
-Coordinate schedules and resources within the team to ensure efficient delivery;
-Stay updated on design trends and tools (including AI/animation) to enhance output;
-Mentor junior designers and cultivate a collaborative creative culture.

-5+ years of experience in visual design or creative execution, with team leadership experience;
-Solid knowledge of branding systems and multi-channel visual design workflows;
-Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to guide detailed design work;
-Proficiency in design tools and awareness of AI-powered visual solutions;
-Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;
-Fluent in English, capable of working in a bilingual environment;
-Experience with international or premium Chinese brands is a strong plus.
