Job Responsibilities:
1）Work closely with the Creative & Account team to execute on the creative strategy for projects by creating viable design concepts
2）Support and takes ownership for all aspects of design and production for your team’s projects, focusing on innovation and quality
3）Development of creative projects from start to finish, including digital design, brand communications, video storyboards, presentation materials, internal and event/sponsorship marketing materials, and email marketing
4）Determine appropriate web architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations
5）Understand and work within project parameters such as client goals and requirements, internal goals, usability, technical constraints, as well as budget and schedule
6）Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve the agency’s design work
7）Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights

任职要求
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a design related field
- Sensitivity in the Luxury, Fashion and Beauty sectors.
- At least 1-2 years of working design experience ideally within an agency environment
- Proficient in AI, PS
- Familiar with the content rhythm of social retainer projects and publishing tools such as 秀米，i排版，E2cool are preferred.
- Ability to be patient and focused under tight deadlines, work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to communicate ideas, decisions and reasoning clearly and confidently
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a design related field
