职位描述
The person will be responsible the project execution of creative transformation and marketing capability development, empowering our team to drive marketing transformation through a culture of learning & creativity:
• implement marketing operating model initiatives, tools and process, build world class modern marketer key capabilities and drive transformations.
• Enhance creative effectiveness through multiple programs.
• Cultivate a culture of learning, nurture a diverse but united marketing community.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Marketing capability development (40%) Build an extraordinary marketing team with the skills & resources to transform our business:
• Execute annual strategy and agenda for training initiatives, to implement our operation system” One way of marketing”, Monitor progress to facilitate smooth change transitions from initiation to implementation
• Understand marketing trends and innovations, leverage industry professionals and organizations to inspire the mindset change of the marketing community

2. Creative transformation (40%) Build a portfolio of loved brands that address consumer needs through creativity
• Implement Creative X eco-system by conducting creative learning, Braintrust, Creative Council and awards activations
• Source and introduce best practices from not only beer category, but other FMCG categories to well inspire marketing team members.

3. Marketing culture and team engagement (20%) Build a positive perception of ABI marketing culture through a series of team engagement activities.
• Engage marketing team to embrace our culture of learning through best practice sharing, rewards program development, etc.
• Plan and execute internal events and activities that well engage all marketing team members.
任职要求
We hope you are
• With 4 years+ of experience working in related functions such as marketing, communication, consulting of multinational companies or PM role in agencies. Working experience in marketing strategy or brand is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, communication, and project management
• Experienced at activities’ organizing and execution, especially in culture building and PR affairs is a strong plus
• High learning agility, strong sensibility, and steadfast curiosity on new market dynamics/trends, be proactive and good collaboration cross team and stakeholders
• Capable of strong project management skills, attention to detail
• Excellent English speaking, reading and writing capabilities
