职位描述
1.活动拍摄
根据项目需求和创意简报，按时到达指定活动场地，独立完成全程或指定环节的摄影工作（照片与摄影工作）。
提前与活动会务团队沟通，明确活动流程、重点拍摄对象及特殊需求。
关键人物（发言人、嘉宾、VIP客户、媒体）的特写及互动。
活动核心环节（启动仪式、演讲、颁奖、表演、产品展示）。
活动现场整体环境、布置细节及氛围。
来宾互动、交流的自然瞬间。
2.后期处理
对拍摄素材进行筛选、分类与整理，运用专业剪辑软件（如 Premiere、Final Cut Pro、DaVinci Resolve 等）完成视频剪辑、调色、字幕添加、音频处理等工作，输出符合传播需求的活动视频。
根据活动主题与风格，为照片进行后期修图，包括色彩校正、瑕疵修复、尺寸调整等，确保成片质量达到专业水准。
按时完成影像作品的交付，存档等后续工作，在项目活动结束后24小时内提供最终精修的高分辨率大图（无水印）。
3.沟通协调
活动前与项目经理/活动负责人充分沟通拍摄重点和要求；活动中灵活应变，与团队成员（如摄像师、活动执行）协作；活动后及时交付并沟通。
Job Responsibilities
1. Event Photography
Arrive at designated venues on time and independently complete photography and/or videography work for the entire event or specified segments, based on project requirements and creative briefs.
Communicate in advance with the event coordination team to clarify the event flow, key subjects, and special requirements.
Capture close-ups and interactions of key figures (speakers, guests, VIP clients, media).
Document core segments of the event (opening ceremony, speeches, award presentations, performances, product displays).
Capture the overall environment, venue setup details, and event atmosphere.
Photograph candid moments of guest interactions and networking.
2. Post-Production
Select, categorize, and organize footage. Use professional editing software (such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to complete video editing, color grading, subtitle insertion, and audio processing, delivering final videos tailored for promotional use.
Conduct photo post-production based on the event theme and style, including color correction, blemish removal, and size adjustments to ensure professional-quality output.
Deliver final edited high-resolution images (watermark-free) within 24 hours after the event, along with file archiving and any other necessary follow-ups.
3. Communication & Coordination
Fully communicate with the project manager or event lead prior to the event to clarify key shooting points and expectations.
Coordinate flexibly with team members (e.g., videographers, event executors) during the event.
Deliver files promptly and maintain effective post-event communication.

具备出色的构图能力、瞬间捕捉能力和审美能力。
精通Adobe Photoshop、Lightroom等专业后期处理软件，能高效进行基础调色和精修。
3.综合素质
具备较强的责任心与执行力，极强的时间观念，按时按点到达活动现场，可以适用高强度工作以及工作时间，接受晚上、周末、节假日工作。

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in photographing commercial events, PR activities, weddings, or conferences (portfolio required).
Preference given to candidates with experience in PR industry event photography.
2. Professional Skills
Proficient in photography and videography techniques, especially under complex lighting conditions (low light, mixed light, stage lighting), and with flash usage.
Strong composition, timing, and visual aesthetic capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other post-production tools for efficient editing and retouching.
3. Personal Qualities
Highly responsible, with strong execution skills and excellent time management.
Must be punctual and able to work under high pressure, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
