职位描述
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (SAM) to lead event-driven IMC
campaigns, ensuring that activations go beyond execution and serve as a critical
touchpoint in brand marketing.
Event Planning & IMC Execution:
• Lead the planning, execution, and management of brand activations, product
launches, pop-ups, and experiential marketing events.
• Oversee event timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
to ensure flawless delivery.
• Work closely with designers, producers, and logistics teams to bring creative event
concepts to life.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Client Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their brand objectives
align with the event strategy.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, and PR teams to enhance the event
experience.
• Manage external vendors, production houses, and event partners to ensure
seamless execution.
Post-Event Evaluation & Growth:
• Track event KPIs, audience engagement, and brand impact to assess success.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve future event activations.
• Stay informed on event marketing trends, new technologies, and innovative
formats to bring fresh ideas to NOOK.
Strategic & Business Impact Mindset:
• Think beyond event logistics - understand how events contribute to overall brand
influence and sales growth.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them understand how events play a
role in long-term brand building.
• Use data-driven insights to measure event success and optimize future activations

任职要求
• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, IMC, or brand activations.
• Strong background in integrated marketing communications, brand
experience, or IP management.
• A strategic thinker with an IMC mindset - able to connect event activations with
broader marketing goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong budget and timeline management skills.
• Proactive & self-motivated, taking full ownership of projects with minimal
supervision.
• Strong multi-tasking & stakeholder management skills, ensuring smooth
execution across all teams.
• Aim high, stay positive, and always be inspiring.
• Fluent Mandarin & English preferred.
