Position Summary:
A Senior Consultant at Ruder Finn will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the public relations industry. The Senior Consultant will act as an account lead to manage client, ensuring client satisfaction and deliver results within a profitable budget. In addition, act as a mentor to cultivate team members for their professional development, encouraging initiative, creativity and a high level of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic planning
• Contribute to strategic planning of communication concepts in terms of corporate & product reputation, as well as the creation of communication themes and key PR initiatives.
Content development
• Ensure quality bilingual copywriting with professional insights, such as proposal, press release, feature article, executive speech, briefing book, intelligence report for retainer and relevant projects.
Issue & crisis management
• Evaluate the risk level and develop relevant strategy, holding statement, QAs, monitoring reports regarding sensitive topics, and customize crisis training deck for dealers or OEM.
Account management
• Manage client in premium auto industry on a day-to-day basis as the key contact person, and gain customer trust with high-quality deliverables and insightful consultancy.
• Manage financial and administration duties of the account such as budget and billing.
New business development
• Identify opportunities to grow existing account, and lead potential new biz pitch if any.

任职要求
Required Experience/Skills:
• 6+ years’ experience in communications in an agency or OEM, with an in-depth knowledge and experience in automotive industry (both corporate and product)
• Outstanding copywriting capability with strategic planning sense and skill
• Strong account leader adept at client communication, internal team coordination and project management.
• Language skill: native Chinese, good command of English
