Key Responsibilities:
• Assis line manager in project administration in a proactive, accurate and timely manner.
• Collect competitive research and prepare reports.
• Handle clients and vendors' financial and payment process
• Set up meeting, prepare agenda, and take meeting minutes to eusure all parties are on the same page of project status
• Able to complete other assigned work on schedule.

• Able to work at least 3 days/week for more than 3 months.
• Major in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or relevant areas.
Good communication skills and ownership on work/project.
• Highly detail orientated, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Self-initiative and enjoy teamwork.
