职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES岗位内容:
• Familiar with Instagram and Tiktok of Philippine market
• Source and review for the right influencer match for each project
• Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy to identify, brainstorm, motivate and collaborate with influencers
• Making creative script and influencer marketing proposal for project purposes according to marketing and branding team needs
• Selecting, dealing with, arranging meetings & reminding each influencer to execute and align with brand and business objectives, especially in Instagram and TikTok
• Negotiate costs with KOLs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
• Analyze, monitor KOL performance, and provide KOL performance report
任职要求
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE岗位要求:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communication/ Marketing Management
• Having at least 1 year of experience as a KOL Management Officer or in Agency
• Have a good negotiation, a good copywriting and a can-do attitude with clear point of view
• Familiar with a digital campaign especially TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
• Familiar with the MCN landscape in Philippines, especially the business model of TikTok influencer Teams
• Able to identify target audience preferences and build content
• Excellent multitasking skills and sense of upcoming trends on social media(up-to-date)
• Connection with MCN, model agency, lazada, shopee, or live streamer on TikTOk shop will be benefit
