Responsibilities
Marketing:
1. Fully understand UMS business objectives at different stages and provide strategic thinking supports.
2. Build and drive the execution of marketing strategy and programs to support business and branding objectives, including but not limited to credentials, global events, UMS brand VI.
3. Write and edit marketing content including web content, press releases, and other marketing communication pieces.
4. Budget management and financial reporting.
5. Responsible for managing all UMS owned, earned and paid cannels.
6. Manage UMS’ external stakeholder relationships including marketing industry personals, government bodies and business associations.
7. Support HR team on all employment marketing activities.
- Promote UMS Thought leadership
1. Representation of the UMS brand and its thought leadership internally and globally.
2. Participate in various events including but not limited to events, keynote speeches, panel discussion and workshops.
- Communications and Team management
1. Closely work with client cell and domain teams to fulfill UMS business objectives.
2. Be responsible for managing team members and team trainings.
3. Goal setting and performance review with team members.
4. Celebrate success with teams.

任职要求
Required skills and experience
1. Ideally 3+ years of agency marketing experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Strong business acumen.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Intimate knowledge of China market and consumers.
6. Strong abilities of planning, report drafting and analytics.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Fluency in English is a must.
