职位描述
• Digital Marketing expert involved in digital capability building of digital activation in
accordance with strategy, and established policies and procedures.
• In charge of content strategy development across traditional media(TV) and digital
media(OTV, social media), storytelling plan for MKT campaign &Collab.
• Execute omnichannel strategic imperative to drive business impact, and ensure
consistency across all channels.
• Manage relationship with key lines of business to ensure implementation and
commercialization of an end-user (HCP)engagement with high quality digital tools.
• Performs analysis, suggest improvement actions related to the area of expertise
Leveraging Big Data capabilities, customer experience, innovation and ecosystem &
partnerships.
• Follow local and international trends from both a technological and a business
perspective.
• Manage internal and external partnerships and business development on technical
innovation.
任职要求
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, omnichannel
transformation, go-to-market optimization, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing "Best Practice" approach in digital strategy,
content management.
• Demonstrated ability to network in the digital community regionally and globally
• Strong understanding of the internal organization and the industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and establishing an
agile, product-centric operating model.
• Proven track record of collaborating with digital, data, analytics, and/or technology
organizations to deliver successful solutions.
• Hands-on experience with omnichannel customer engagement offerings.
• Highly motivated, decisive, and results-oriented individual with the flexibility and
creativity to excel in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
• Agile work style to tackle market /news dynamics.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Advanced understanding of the omnichannel, analytics space, and
segmentation/audience development for use in testing and personalization.
• Strong experience connecting digital data and online experiences to offline behaviors.
• Strong track record of working collaboratively across functions and markets in a high
matrix working environment.
