主要职责Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions
理解并能够和艺术总监、品牌执行、项目经理与设计师对创意或制作工作开始到结案进行有效沟通
Understands and effectively communicates the needs of the Brand team to Design at the inception of creative or production jobs through final production
与现今的平面设计艺术科技保持同步，包括软件、硬件以及处理系统的应用
Stays abreast of current graphic arts a technology including software, hardware and processes
和创意总监、品牌服务经理或总监以及战略策划一起工作，了解客户创意简报
Works closely with Creative Director, Brand Manager/Director and Strategic Planner to understand client creative brief
和文案、互动设计师、或和开发者一起头脑风暴创作具有创新性、突破性的概念，包括所有客户简报所要求的平面、户外、数字互动、电视和其他相关平台的战略概念
Brainstorms with Copywriter, Digital Designers, and or Developers to create innovative, groundbreaking concepts for digital, print, OOH and television that strategically deliver within the confines of client brief
执行设计任务,设计具有说服力的原创作品
Handle the Design Execution, designs persuasive, original work
在Studio团队的帮助下，制作layouts和storyboards，创造创意视觉成果
With the help of the studio teams, produces layouts and storyboards to visually bring concepts to fruition
专注于设计细节, 对设计逻辑感兴趣，能将设计思维熟捻的运用及转换到各项目中
Focus on design details and interested in design logic, able to apply and transfer design thinking to various projects
喜爱字体设计对当代字体有一定的了解
Loving typographic design also have some understanding of contemporary typefaces
会动态或3D软件为加分项
Familiar with motion graphics or 3D design is a plus

平面设计专业本科以上学位优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design highly preferred
3-5年以上设计师（或相同职位）经验
3+ years minimum experience as a designer (or equivalent)
出众的设计和排版技巧
Excellent design and typography skills
关注细节且在快速变化的环境中管理好多个项目的能力。
Acute attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
能够使用适当的用语和语言准确地传达概念设计的变更或方向
Must be able to use appropriate terminologies and language to accurately convey changes or direction in concept or design
能和不同级别和职能的公司同事和外部客户互动
Ability to interact with internal and external clients at a variety of levels and across functions
中英文流利，口语和书面能力俱佳者优先考虑
Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written are highly preferred
