Responsibilities
• Pick up and understand the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localization and convert it to a brief with materials needed for screen building.
• Assist in briefing and quality control of content localization.
• Assist in planning, managing, tracking and archiving assets throughout the screen production process to facilitate timely and accurate delivery.
• Manage the workload of the Content Production Studio and coordinate with the Content Production Manager to reach asset production target for the week.
• Adhere to an established quality control process.

Key Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in graphic production and/or project management
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Accuracy, excellent memory and an eye for details
• Familiar with Photo-shop would be a plus
• Proficiency in OS & i OS software, fast learner for different operating systems and software
• Able to make sound decisions, think strategically, and multitask
• Must have exceptional organization skills, verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese (preferably Mandarin & Cantonese), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility in work schedule and a practical sense of urgency are key to this role as candidate may be required to periodically work extended hours to meet critical milestones and deadlines
