职位描述
Responsibilities
Contract/PO management:
- Play the gate keeper role of Contract and PO review according to the procurement process. Communicate with account team effectively when meet incompliance issues.
- 按照采购审核流程对合同和订单进行审核。针对不合规的情况,与业务团队进行高效的沟通

- MSA confirmation and filing. Coordinate with suppliers for the issues during the process.
- 跟踪年框合同的审核及后续盖章和归档。在过程中和供应商积极沟通协调弥合分歧。

- Supplier invoice checking and application for payment.
- 供应商发票查收及后续供应商付款申请

Purchase data collection & analysis:
- Vendor info and contract/PO data collect and analysis. Prepare required reports.
- 供应商及合同/订单数据收集和分析,并为相关采购报表提供数据上的支持。

- Base on the analysis of the purchasing data, provide the insight and proposal of process.
- 基于数据分析,提出自己对与采购流程优化的洞察和建议。

- SDD(Supplier Due Diligence) double check and validate for procurement system go-live.
- 对申请入库的供应商进行SDD核查,筛查有问题的供应商,为采购流程和系统上线做数据准备

Sourcing & Negotiation:
- Base on the analysis of the purchasing data, find the opportunity for cost saving and potential competitive suppliers.
- 基于数据分析,寻找成本节降的的机会,搜寻潜在有竞争力的供应商。

- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best possible result (price, payment term, etc.).
- 与供应商磋商,为公司争取最有利的合作条件(包括价格,帐期等)

- Conduct Market research and supplier assessments for defined services
- 对公司所需采买的服务进行市场调研及供应商情况分析

- Sourcing the new vendor as candidate of MSA
- 协助寻找可作为公司长期合作伙伴的候选供应商

- MSA supplier performance evaluation and follow up the status of the vendors which need improvement
- 对年框供应商进行供应商绩效考核,并对需要改进的供应商进行跟踪

Procurement system and other Ad-hoc project testing, training & go-live supporting
采购系统及其他临时项目测试,培训,上线支持等

General administrative work and other tasks assigned by leader.
日常采购部行政工作及其他上级分派的任务
任职要求
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3+ years of purchasing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-growth environment; relevant experience in professional service/ marketing communication etc. is a plus but not mandatory.
- 全日制本科以上学历及至少3年以上采购工作经验。有间接采购、专业服务类及市场营销类服务采购经验优先。

- Great communication and coordination skill with team-work spirit;
- 卓越的沟通和团队合作能力。

- Excellent compliance sense and basic finial knowledge
- 极强的合规意识和基础财务知识

- Problem solving skill and highly self-motivated, quick reaction to meet the target.
- 极强的独立解决问题能力及高度的自觉性,以快速行动能力达到目标

- Ability of data analysis and able to give proposal or insight base on the data
- 一定的数据分析能力,能基于数据分析提出自己的洞见

- Proficient in MS Office software like excel, PPT, etc.
- 熟练使用office软件,如excl, PPT等

- Good written and spoken English
- 良好的英语书写及口语能力

- Good knowledge and experienced in ERP system such as SAP MM model, SRM, Ariba ,etc. is preferred
- 熟悉ERP系统如SAP MM模块,SRM, Ariba等优先
