职位描述
• Direct report to Planning Director
• Set media objective, analyse market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
• Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
• Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
• Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
• Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
• Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

任职要求
• 5-6 years media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising.
• Complete and good knowledge of all media channel
• International client service experience is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
• Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
• Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
• Agile and passionate working spirit.
• Complete and good knowledge of all media channel
• International client service experience is a plus
