Responsibilities
1. Client Management Responsibilities
· Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
· Partner with client to determine needs, and ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through process
· Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
· Keeper of brand equity, agency reputation and credibility
2. Team member management Responsibilities
· Assist account director to coach/ guide/motive junior team member, improve team performance
· Distribute works according to team mature and client needs, QC team work as required
3. Project Management Responsibilities
· Coordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
· Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs

Requirements
· 6-8 years of proven working experience in project/account management, team management experience is needed
· Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production
· Detail oriented but can see, and analyse the big picture
· Strong time management/prioritization skills
· Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
· Must possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
