任职要求
We expect you:
• 8+ years relevant working experience in digital marketing or social media marketing agency or in-house
• Play a senior role in leading and championing strategical thinking for clients, solid skills in planning for pitch and campaign
• Digital and social enthusiast, advanced knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context, consumers, eCommerce
• In-depth knowledge and connection with social media and KOL
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, KOL and 3rd parties
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels, excellent skill in project management, decision making, timeline follow up & budget control
• Demonstrate leadership abilities in managing a team of 6 or more people, plus a team player attitude in highly effective and collaborative environments
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury or Lifestyle industry
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
• Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, eagerness to learn and ambition to grow professionally
