职位描述
Internal Responsibilities
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology
· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the internal organisational structure
· Respond to requests from senior management
· Ensure a through understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of your
account and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant
· Provide detailed monthly account review to the Client Services Director
· Ensure optimum productivity levels are achieved and team morale is high
· Review team structure and resource on an ongoing basis to ensure client is serviced appropriately whilst
maintaining agreed profitability
· Provide detailed monthly account review to the Group Business Director/Client Service Director
· Work with Account Directors to ensure optimum productivity levels are achieved and team morale is high
· Ensure succession plan is in place for the complete Client Servicing team and liaise with other Dept. heads
regarding wider team members where appropriate
· Implement standardised effective recruitment and retention process working in conjunction with the
recruitment department
· Coach and develop the team in their role to ensure achievement of their Personal Development Plan
including performance management and training needs etc.
· Mentor team members, especially regarding, people, client and workload management
· Manage internal admin, holidays, sick days etc. and take responsibility for all timesheet accuracy from any
direct reports
· Ensure timesheets are submitted and completed on time and allocated to the correct accounts
· Ensure relevant case studies exist and that the cross sharing of information is optimised - champion cross
fertilization
· Plan the induction of new starters
Project Management Responsibilities
· Support Account Directors in co-ordinating between all relevant parties, especially the Hogarth production
hubs (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) Clients and Agencies
· Ensure you consistently deliver against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
· Ensure that there is a clear division and allocation of workload and briefs
· Monitor timelines and client expectations
· Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendations
Quality Control Responsibilities
· Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
任职要求
· 8-10 years experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
(preferably with digital experience)
· Exceptional client servicing skills
· Fluent oral and written business English ,Fluent oral Chinese
· Experience of running a strong dynamic account team including resource planning
· Excellent time management/prioritisation and project management skills
· Ability to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
· Negotiation skills
· Excellent networker
· Experience working in TV, Print and POS
· Experience working in transcreation, translation, localisation
· Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint/Keynote
· Team player
· Highly organised, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
· Strong numeracy skills
· Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
