We expect you:
• 4+ years relevant working experience in digital marketing or social media marketing agency or in-house
• Skills in strategically planning for pitch and campaign
• Digital and social enthusiast, in-depth knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platform, tools, context, consumers
• Develop and cultivate relationships with clients at the most senior levels, excellent skill in project management, timeline follow up & budget control
• In-depth knowledge and connection with social media and KOL
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, KOL and 3rd parties
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury or Lifestyle industry
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Proven leadership abilities in managing a team of 4 or more people
• Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
• Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, willingness to learn, to work as a team, to demonstrate the leadership
