Responsibilities
- Project management:
1. Plan project timeline and monitor project progress to make sure the delivery is strictly followed with deadline.
2. Manage team members to fulfil or exceed the project KPIs and complete strictly within the planned project timeline.
3. Ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
4. Control quality including but not limited within drafting requirement documents of campaign and project as a record for tracking and measurements later, proofreading, product testing and art work review, etc.
5. Risk management.
6. Ownership of reports and deliverables as per project scope.
- Communications:
1. Proactively communicate with internal departments.
2. Maintaining strong client relations through regular proactive communications.
- Timely update and accurately report client's requirements to the digital planning team.
- Coordinate with digital planning team to develop new opportunities in existing clients.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 3+ years' digital projects management experience at agency side or in client service.
- Proven experience working with clients to fully understand their business and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals.
- Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Familiar with the digital marketplace and all associated metrics.
- Fluency (verbal and written) in English
- Cultural awareness.
