职位描述
Responsibilities 岗位职责:
· Manage all client projects from brief through to delivery ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
负责所有客户项目，从 brief开始直至项目结束，确保按时高质交付
· Provide agendas and detailed contact report following all client meetings (face to face and phone calls)
根据客户会议（面对面或者电话会议）安排日程及提供相应合同、报告细节
· Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
协调所有内部（印刷、Broadcast、数字等）及外部（客户、代理商）各方，确保项目顺利进行
· Where project managers/producers are involved, take responsibility for ongoing communication, tracking project progress and status vs schedule, timings, delays etc
有制片需要介入的项目，负责持续沟通，跟踪项目进程，更新状态及把控进度，避免延迟
· Provide administrative support to team as required
必要的时候提供行政类工作支持

任职要求
Job requirements 任职要求:
· More than 5 years managing and servicing international accounts
5年以上负责国际大客户的经验
· Experience working in transcreation, translation, localization
有负责过创译、翻译、本地化项目经验者优先
· Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production
有TVC\数字项目或者印刷制作经验
· Strong time management/prioritisation skills
较强的时间管理及资源分配能力
· Strong project management skills
较强的项目管理能力
· Must possess good verbal / written skills both in English and Chinese
必须有熟练的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
· More than 5 years managing and servicing international accounts
5年以上负责国际大客户的经验
