Responsibilities
- Client management:
1. Ownership of all the clients and their projects.
2. Maintaining strong client relations through regular proactive communications.
3. Coordinate with BD team to develop new opportunities in existing clients.
- Project management:
1. Understand clients’ objectives and scope of works. Ownership of reports and deliverables as per project scope and fulfill or exceed the project KPI.
2. Be responsible for project, progress and its timeline and manage deadline and client expectations.
3. Control quality including but not limited within drafting requirement documents of campaign and project as a record for tracking and measurements later, proofreading, product testing, etc.
4. Weekly update to clients and BDs by end of every Sunday.
- Communications and Team management:
1. Proactively communicate with internal departments and provide clear briefing.
2. Vendor management and negotiations.
3. Quarterly performance review with team members.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 5+ years' agency account management and project management experience.
- Proven experience working with clients to fully understand their business and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals.
- Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail.
- Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Familiar with the digital marketplace and all associated metrics.
- Fluency (verbal and written) in English
- Cultural awareness.
