Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop day to day relationships with clients, raising key issues to the management.
• Ensure Client’s KPIs are achieved
• Communicate client actions to relevant internal resources and follow up to ensure such actions are delivered in accordance with client briefs and budget
• Monitor client tracking and resolve any identified issues, liaising with internal client resource
• Ensure weekly client reporting is produced accurately and on time, working with other internal resources where necessary
• Identify opportunities for improvement on the client account through creative, operations or process change
• Attend regular client meetings, ensuring all pertinent actions are captured and subsequently delivered on
• Manage and coach your team
• Responsible for client invoicing
• Contribute to overall strategy, reviews and innovation

任职要求
Requirements:
• At least 5 years prior experience as Account Manager with experience of E-commerce ,planning, buying, delivering, optimizing and reporting
• Expertise knowledge of Tmall/JingDong /Yihaodian setup, promotion & operation / Content marketing / Social Marketing
• A passion of eCommerce and Digital Marketing
• English & Chinese speaking
• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and eagerness to learn
• A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing client relationships.
• The ability to think on your feet, to be creative and talk about a wide variety of complex issues will be paramount in progressing your career
• A self-motivated individual who is well organized and client focused with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly computer literate with good skills in all basic Office programs (especially Excel)
