About the role
You will be supporting the FIFA team for the Digital & Social media marketing. You will be responsible for communication, reporting and developing proposal per Account Director’s request and your own proactivity.
This is a demanding yet exciting role which constantly challenges you, therefore you are required to stay proactive and respond to emails and make social posts at various times. You are responsible for their digital content voice in China.
1.Create and design concepts to help achieve marketing goals for the digital channel of FIFA (eg. infographics, campaigns, contest posts, backgrounds, animations, banners, web design and UX design)
2.Understand all client brand guidelines and have the ability to communicate it to other designers.
3.Communicate effectively with all teams, clients, partners and support 3rd party technical or design companies for projects when needed
4.Website, social, mobile apps, business cards and design for marketing materials
5.Creating web design, user experience (UE/UX) design, animation design concepts for new projects and developing existing projects
6.Exploring new UX methodologies to support 3rd party technical or design
7.Help lead training on basic to intermediate PS / AI skills, introduce tools and functions, share key tricks & tips and answer questions in the training sessions
8.Select design work and and present in Mailman group meetings, to share the design work accomplished recently

任职要求
Requirements
1.Minimum 2 years of social media or digital designing experience
2.Native speaker of Chinese, great reading & writing skills in English will be a plus
3.Passion for Sports and Sports field designs, especially World Cup football
4.Preferable heavy social media user (WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
5.Assertiveness, responsiveness and attention to detail
6.A believer in the concept of mutual accountability
