VACANCY: Digital, Designer
At RTG’s Inspire Division, we never underestimate the beauty of originality and innovation, and are focused on creating inspirational, engaging, and meaningful marketing that drives long lasting relationships.
TYPICAL ACTIVITIES:
• Creating graphic design elements for digital and social media projects
• Designing banners, graphics and infographics for Wechat/Weibo posts, article and web pages
• Conceptualizing new, creative ideas with the Social Media team to make contents more engaging and “share worthy”
• Develop graphic solutions that integrate with client and agency marketing communication objectives.
• Demonstrate ability to interact with clients in a creative role, including brainstorming meetings and input sessions.
• Assume creative position in presentations, and choreograph a well-organized thought process communicating the conceptual thought behind work.
• Collaborating with teams of diverse event marketing professionals interpreting client information, market issues, consumer and business needs into successful messages, graphic communications in exhibits, events, AV and collateral.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 2 years of Creative Design experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with strong design skills
• Superior organization and multi-tasking skills
• Able to prioritize and work effectively within stated timelines working overtime where necessary
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding of marketing principles, online marketing and social networking
• Bi-lingual English / Chinese ability (but not a must)
• At least 2 years of Creative Design experience
