1. Gain a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information.
2. Conduct research or commissioning research from outside organizations to inform advertising strategies.
3. Explore and analyze consumer behavior and attitudes; uncovering consumer insights and translating data into solid strategic ideas.
4. Provide the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy.
5. Present and help sell idea and communication strategy to client including integrated communication strategy and plan development.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaign.
7. Report to Planning Director of DDB Guangzhou.
1. 3+ years’ relevant planning experience (experience in 4A company is preferred).
2. A logical and strategic thinker: logical, proactive about formulating points of view, and backing them up with research.
3. Creative (understands concepts, thinks out-of-the-box), is interested in how ideas are communicated (is a PPT story-crafter).
4. A team-player (experience working in advertising or other high-intensity results-driven environment).
5. An excellent communicator both in Chinese and English (written and verbal).
