Responsibilities
• 1. Under the guidance of project leader，collaborate with team members for assigned tasks;
• 2. Develop Wechat communication strategy and plan for client according to the brand situation;
• 3. Develop monthly communication plan, create big idea, netizen engaging activity and contents;
• 4. Collaborate with team members to develop monthly post according to the plan, including wording and posters;
• 5. Netizens on Wechat channel analysis, and future develop communication strategy on Wechat;
• 6. KOL research, recommendation, approach and management;
• 7. Daily client communication, handling;
• 8. Collaborate with team members to develop monthly report, and provide suggestion and next month plan accordingly;
• 9. Support company’s EPR leader to build up company’s social media structure, join in EPR/ Social Media/ Digital strategy and big discussion for multiple brands of company’s account team, and also to expand company’s social media capability to support on new business;

任职要求
Qualifications and experience
• 1. University Degree, major in public relations, marketing, advertising, communication is preferred, but not must;
• 2. Previous 3-4 years relevant working experience within social media, digital, mobile, or public relations;
• 3. Familiar with social media industry and environment, including social media trend, main social media platforms, social media language, KOL….;
• 4. Wechat operation, management experience and Mobile communication experience will be a big advantage;
• 5. Good written and verbal communications skills;
• 6. Team player; multi-tasking flair;
• 7. Excel in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines on time;
• 8. Highly self-motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure;
• 9. Excellent computer sills, able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint efficiently;
• 10. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, both spoken & written.
