职位描述
As the social art director, you'll work with an award winning team to create compelling content on China's most popular social networks. Your job will be to define the visual voice of leading international lifestyle brands, while generating ideas that excite our audiences.
Your primary task is to create messaging that resonates and inspires action. You’ll do this across WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin, Bilibili and other platforms. You’ll become expert in short videos, livestream, KOL, H5, mini programs and more. You’ll be on the cutting edge of digital marketing, working many of the world’s most interesting brands.
作为艺术总监(社交媒体方向),你将和出色的团队共同合作,在目前主流及前沿的社交媒体上创作一流的作品和社交内容。你的职责在于明确定义各大国际品牌的视觉调性和语言表达,并通过创意的想法为品牌的目标受众带来灵感与启发。
你的主要任务是在数字营销领域中创造出能够引发共鸣和出圈的传播项目。包括但不限于微信、微博、小红书、抖音、哔哩哔哩等平台。你将成为短视频、直播、KOL、H5、小程序等方面的专家,并且始终处于数字营销的前沿,与众多全球知名且有趣的品牌合作。
任职要求
1. Minimum of 5 years professional graphic design experience and 1 year team management experience
5年以上专业平面设计经验和1年以上团队管理经验
2. High creative capabilities, understands how to create art and fuse with copy to create compelling brand messages.
美术与文案创作能力强,擅长打造引人注目的品牌传播
3. Familiar with popular Chinese social media and digital platforms
熟悉中国主流的社交媒体和数字平台
4. Creative and aesthetic, able to direct designers and copywriters
拥有高审美和创造性思维,具备优秀的领导能力和团队合作精神,协调各部门间(如设计、文案等)的项目合作
5. Capable speaking and writing ability in both Chinese and English
良好的中英文听说读写能力
6. Capable MS Office, PS, AI, and other relevant software
熟练掌握MS office,PS,AI等相关办公软件
