职位描述
Sr. Social Engagement Executives are the right hand of the agency. They are responsible for getting very deep into one specific client project. They search across the web analyzing sentiment, user interactions and social engagements. They find up-and-coming influencers and hot new platforms. They are responsible for communicating with the client on a daily basis and are caretakers of the brand’s social accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist account manager for social content planning, execution, performance optimization and reports writing.
2. Day-to-day collaboration with internal team, such as copywriter and designer for baseline content and campaign developments.
3. Campaign related social buzz planning and execution and KOL management
4. Keep abreast of the latest trends, competitive environment and emerging technologies across the social landscape.

任职要求
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, minimum have 1.5 years related experience in advertising/digital company.
- Must be fluent in both Chinese and English; spoken and written required.
- Understand client brand DNA and each product’s unique characteristics, prefer to have experience on fashion/luxury.
- Be knowledgeable of China social media (BBS, Weibo, WeChat, KOLs, etc.) and digital marketing.
- Previous experience in advertising/digital agencies, or in mobile, internet advertising companies, interactive marketing companies, social media agencies, brand marketing departments preferred.
- Must have good communication skill, be teamwork oriented, cheerful and talkative.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software: Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Be highly detailed and thorough in all work.
- Fast thinking and resourceful.
- Must be firm, confident, optimistic, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
