职位概述: 我们正在寻找一位积极主动、经验丰富的(高级)客户经理加入我们的团队,负责服务一家全球知名的工业/科技领域的重点客户。理想的候选人需具备扎实的海外公共关系、B2B传播及跨市场客户管理背景。您将负责执行一项重要的、覆盖大中华区和美国的公关活动,以提升客户的品牌声誉、应对市场竞争压力,并放大其全球合作的积极声量。

Key Responsibilities:
• PR Campaign Execution: Drive the implementation of a multi-faceted PR strategy, ensuring all activities align with core brand objectives and strategic messaging.
• Content Strategy & Development: Manage the creation, translation (English, Simplified & Traditional Chinese), and localization of PR content, including press releases, technical articles, social media posts, and executive talking points.
• Multi-Market Media Relations: Develop and execute media activation plans across owned, paid, and earned channels at home and abro. Pitch stories to top-tier business, financial, and trade media.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key contact for the client and liaise with internal teams across different regions and functions (technical, legal, creative) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Manage workflows for content approval, translation, and media outreach to ensure timely campaign launch and execution.
• Reputation Management & Monitoring: Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and safeguard client reputation.
• Executive Visibility: Support the development of thought leadership content and secure speaking/interview opportunities for key client executives.

• 内容策略与产出: 管理公关内容的创意、撰写、翻译(英文、简体中文、繁体中文)和本地化,内容包括全球新闻稿、技术文章、社交媒体帖子和高管发言稿等。
• 跨市场媒体关系: 制定并执行覆盖自有媒体、付费媒体和赢得媒体的媒体激活计划,覆盖海内外市场。向顶级商业、财经和行业媒体进行内容投递和沟通。
• 内外部协调沟通: 作为客户的主要联系人,并与公司内部跨区域和跨职能(技术、法务、创意)的团队紧密合作,确保项目顺畅交付。
• 项目管理: 负责管理项目时间表、交付成果和预算。管理内容审批、翻译和媒体沟通等工作流程,确保活动按时启动和执行。
• 声誉管理与监测: 监测行业动态和竞争对手活动(如:关键词抓取分析),为策略调整提供信息支持,同时严格遵守非对抗性的公关方针。
• 高管形象建设: 支持思想领导力内容的开发,并为客户方发言人争取演讲和采访机会。
任职要求
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Above 4 years of experience in public relations, preferably within an agency setting.
• Expertise: Proven track record of managing B2B and/or technology PR accounts. Experience with international clients and cross-border campaigns is essential.
• Media Network: Strong network of media contacts in business, technology, or industrial sectors in Greater China. Experience with U.S. media is a significant plus.
• Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. Ability to handle translation and proofreading tasks with high accuracy.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to grasp complex business challenges and contribute to strategic planning.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

任职资格与技能:
• 经验: 4年以上公共关系相关工作经验,有公关公司从业经验者优先。
• 专业背景: 拥有管理B2B和/或科技领域公关客户的成功经验。具备服务国际客户和执行跨国项目的经验至关重要。
• 媒体资源: 在大中华区拥有强大的商业、科技或工业领域的媒体关系网络。拥有美国媒体经验者将是明显的加分项。
• 语言能力: 中英文书面和口语流利。能高精度地处理翻译和校对工作。 战略思维: 能够理解复杂的商业挑战,并为策略规划做出贡献。
• 组织能力: 出色的项目管理能力,注重细节,能在紧张的时间线下管理多个工作任务。
• 沟通能力: 优秀的人际交往和沟通技巧,能与客户和内部团队建立牢固的关系。
