职位描述
RESPONSIBILITY
· Project Support: Assist in PR campaign planning & inexecuting PR campaigns, events, and launches. Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.
· Media & KOL Relations: Support media outreach efforts by drafting press releases, pitching stories to media outlets, and maintaining relationships with key sport influencers and expand local community network.
· Paid Collaboration: Support media & KOL content collaboration across timeline management / brief / QC and impact analysis.
· Community Build-up: Support brand localized community building & resource upgrade
· Reporting: Compile and prepare regular reports on special campaign performance, coverage, and client & industry updates; Review and upgrade weekly report email (including PR result, industry research and competitor research) & monthly PR report.
· Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and processing invoices & contracting.

REQUIREMENTS
· 1+ years of experience in PR communication around sport industry or lifestyle & sport-fashion and execution experience across retainer & campaign.
· Junior/Senior/Postgraduate students, majoring in Journalism and Communications is preferred.
· Great written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
· Have a strong interest in sports, including running, urban fitness, training, etc., and possess a solid understanding of this category.
· Sense of market communication and a genuine interest in the fashion & sport sectors.
· Efficient and logical thinker who knows how to prioritize according to timelines and client’s needs & deadlines.
· Familiar with Office Suites.
