JOB POSITION : Client Executive/ Senior Client Executive
REPORTING TO : Client Director
JOB SUMMARY : To assist the Client Servicing Team in managing the operational processes and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handles day to day administration of accounts under the direction of Account Director and delights Clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work
2. Conduct research on latest industry news and trends
3. Refer to the Client Manager regularly to update project status
4. Oversee all paperwork relating to client’s activities
5. Prepare accurate and detailed briefs and status report
6. Participate in writing proposals, estimating costs and preparing timelines
