职位描述
1. Collaborate closely with our team to provide exceptional support to current clients in areas such as user experience, digital transformation strategy, digital product design, and enterprise application design.
2. Work hand in hand with the business to assess and optimize both new and existing features with precision.
3. Skillfully conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies and intricate interaction behaviors for mobile and web platforms.
4. Take ownership of the entire end-to-end design process, delivering top-notch user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
5. Contribute significantly to the design aspect of business proposals by creating sample designs and providing accurate budget estimations.
6. Craft engaging layouts and UI components, including iconography, graphical elements, and navigation tools.
7. Define the scope of design initiatives and efficiently manage work items.
8. Cooperate seamlessly with an agile, multidisciplinary team to assess the value of proposed designs.
9. Team up with cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives.
10. Produce detailed design guidelines & documentation, UI kits, and a comprehensive design system.

任职要求
1. Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design or interaction design.
2. Have an educational background in interaction design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
3. Boast extensive experience in designing user experiences across multiple platforms, with a particular emphasis on responsive web and native mobile.
4. Be an expert in design software such as Figma and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of Axure is a plus.
5. Experience in the luxury industry design is a definite plus.
6. Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
7. Be a native Chinese speaker with fluent English language skills.
