职位描述
1. 设定并实施与各项目传播目标协同的新媒体传播策略;在策略传播经理的支持下,让新媒体传播策略能够有效服务机构全年传播策略。
2. 根据机构品牌和项目的传播需求,独立或在创意传播组的支持下设计并执行新媒体传播项目和活动的创意方案、实施计划和效果衡量体系(包括创意开发、核心新媒体文案创作、推送文章编写、内外部传播资源整合和落实等工作)。
3. 在新媒体传播协调员的支持下对新媒体传播项目/活动实施效果进行数据分析、复盘和总结,形成中英文总结报告。
4. 组织和主持内部头脑风暴会议,不断开发和完善项目/议题新媒体传播策略和创意。
5. 研究并掌握新媒体热点和发展趋势,合理有效的运用在新媒体传播创意中。
6. 为新媒体传播项目/活动对接优质外部合作伙伴,以扩大项目的影响力。
7. 不断开发潜在的新媒体合作伙伴,为机构建立高质量新媒体传播伙伴资源。
8. 参与项目/议题日常新媒体内容创作(文章、图文、视频等形式)。
9. 基于后台数据分析,结合话题热点,及时调整内容方向,紧跟热点
10. 对social和digital宣传有充分了解和洞察,熟悉social平台的传播模式,基于平台特性制定结合品牌调性制定内容策略;
11. 能独立完成从洞察到传播概念的推导和方案,并产出具备共鸣和传播性的创意;
12. 配合传播部门其他同事完成其他相关的工作,支持机构跨部门工作的顺利进行。
13. 完成机构需要和领导交代的其他任务。直接汇报给创意传播经理。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop new media strategies aligned with program goals to support the organization's overall communication plans.
2. Independently or with a team, craft and execute creative new media initiatives for the organization's branding and program needs, including content creation and resource coordination.
3. Analyze and report on new media campaign outcomes with the New Media Communication Coordinator's support, producing bilingual summaries.
4. Lead internal brainstorming sessions for continuous innovation in new media strategies and creative content.
5. Stay informed about new media trends to enhance creative communication strategies effectively.
6. Forge partnerships with high-quality external collaborators to increase program impact through new media.
7. Identify and build relationships with potential new media partners to improve the organization's communication network.
8. Create daily new media content for programs/issues, including articles, visuals, and videos.
9. Based on data analysis background, combined with hot topics, adjust timely the content direction and keep up with hot topics
10. Have a full understanding and insight of social and digital advertising, familiar with the communication mode of social platforms, and formulate content strategies based on platform characteristics and brand tonality;
11. Complete the derivation and scheme of concepts independently from insight to communication, and produce creative ideas with resonance and communication;
12. Collaborate with the creative communication team to support organizational tasks and cross-departmental workflow.
13. Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by leadership and report directly to the Creative Communication Manager.
