职位描述
1.Knowledge of Agency Life/Clients/Technology
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The ability to read, write and type Chinese and English
Increase knowledge and become conversant in HA’s client business / markets and core technologies
Read key pubs regularly
Develop effective time management techniques to understand the urgency in meeting deadlines and responding to client demands quickly and efficiently
2.Client Support Skills
Be organized, efficient and delivery accurate/quality output
Help streamline clients’ clipping programs; review trades and mainstream press for client news/competitive information
Actively participate in account team meetings and planning sessions; record and distribute meeting notes and action items
3.Digital
Have a good understanding about digital media channels and develop knowledge and insights on how to incorporate conventional media with social media
Use social media channels personally and learn how they are evolving on an on-going basis.
Incorporate digital strategies as a component of the agency’s strategic thinking, communications plans, and client/influential engagement.
4.Writing Services
Elevate quality of hard copy materials and writing skills to briefing books, activity reports, research findings
Review and polish translations
5.HA Services
Participate in “lunch bucket” presentations
Participate in HA committees to support company initiatives (e.g. hiring, HA moments, marketing, etc.)
Gain an understanding of and effectively work with all satellite and global offices

任职要求
1. 应届毕业生或1年工作经验，传播、语言、市场营销类专业优先；
2. 对科技、公关、整合营销有相关实习经验或兴趣；
3. 踏实稳重，有耐心和责任感，学习能力强，具备好奇心和创造力；
4. 有4A国际Agency实习经验者优先；
5. 英文水平佳。
