高级美术指导与文案合作构想、创造、生产出有效的创意作品,同时负责产品的视觉效果。
The Sr. Art Director works in creative partnership with a Copywriter to concept, create, and produce effective creative deliverable. The Art Director is responsible for the visual look of these deliverable.

与创意总监,客户执行和战略策划密切合作,了解客户创意简报要求
Works closely with Creative Directors, Account Executive and Strategic Planner to understand client creative brief

和文案、互动设计和开发人员一起头脑风暴创作具有创新性、突破性的概念,包括所有客户简报所要求的平面、户外、数字互动、电视和其他相关平台的战略概念,并且懂得如何与年轻的创意们合作
Brainstorms with Copywriter, Digital Designers, and Developers to create innovative, groundbreaking concepts for digital, print, OOH, television, and any necessary platforms that strategically deliver within the confines of client brief, understands how to work with younger creatives to benefit the work

设计清晰明了,具说服力的原创作品
Designs persuasive, original work

借助工作室与互动小组的帮助,从概念设计到最后的成果这一过程中创作出排版和脚本。
With the help of the studio and digital teams, produces layouts and storyboards to visually bring concepts to fruition

和创意总监、执行创意总监呈现概念、讨论工作进度
Submits ideas and discusses progress with the Creative Director and Executive Creative Directors (ECDs) before making presentations to clients

根据创意总监、ECDs或客户的反馈改进、修改、恢复广告方案
Amends, revises or redevelops campaigns in response to feedback from the Creative Director, ECDs, or clients

能和公司内部各级以及客户按需交流、提出并解释创意概念
Interacts with, presents to and explains creative concepts both internally, and to clients as required at all levels

和制片、工作室、艺术买手、互动制片,客户执行和项目管理一起确保提出的创意方案能在规定时间切实执行,并符合相应预算
Works collaboratively with Producer, Studio, Art Buyer or Interactive Producer, Account Executive, and Project Manager to ensure proposed creative solution can be feasibly executed within the time and budget given on the brief

监督整个广告方案流程从创意阶段到完成阶段
Oversees campaign from concept through production to completion

参加拍片制作,提供创意监督和第三方诸如总监、摄影师、插画师和艺人在制作中的质量控制
Attends shoots to provide creative supervision and quality controls for third parties in the production process such as directors, photographers, illustrators, and artists

构思并发展创意概念并参加新业务需要的比稿
Provides concept development for and participates in new business pitches as needed

Keeps up to date with popular culture and trends, researches great work globally

时刻了解广告行业创意工作的发展趋势
Stays abreast of current trends in creative trends in creative work produced within the advertising industry
任职要求
本科以上学历,7年以上美术指导经验必须,创意广告公司工作经历者优先
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years art directing experience in a creative advertising agency preferred

有能力提供一个完整的创意工作档案
Ability to submit a reel and portfolio of creative work

沟通演说技巧出众,在公司内外都能提供合理的创意概念
Well-developed communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale for client and team

有能力同时承担多项任务
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

掌握最新设计工具、平台和各版本运用软件程序:Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator和InDesign
Experience with all the latest design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software programs: Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

全面了解交互性和网络知识
Comprehensive understanding of interactivity and the Web

掌握可视化内容的创作,包括策划和执行视频拍摄和静态摄影
Mastery of visual content creation, including planning and executing shoots for video and still photography

中英文流利,口语和书面能力俱佳,能为申请奖项的作品做好材料准备
Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written required, can fully craft award show ready case studies
