职位描述
1/Monitors the project process, and put forward optimization suggestions during the monitoring process for efficient management and control
2/Responsible for PO/PE upload and follow-up. Work closely with account servicing and finance to ensure the Open job/Close job process is completed timely and proper documentation with the job bag
3/Creates, maintains, and distributes status report document, tracking all projects currently in progress; hosts regular status meetings to discuss project status; updates team on any agency and client revisions
4/Ensures production departments have the correct project information necessary to create accurate estimates
5/Creates and continuously revises project schedule detailing deadlines for every phase of the project from conception and production to shipping dates

任职要求
1/5+years experience of Traffic experience in an advertising agency or other creative environment preferred
2/Exceptional organization and time management skills
3/Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees across many disciplines
4/Exceptional initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through skills
5/Good English skill
