On any given day you might
● Be called upon to work or consult on a wide range of things: full brand implementation, user interfaces, online to offline digital experience design, exploring the creative use of technologies, rapid prototypes for proof of concept and consumer testing etc.
● Work seamlessly with people come from diverse backgrounds to tackle complex challenge;
● Get exposure to and be involved with all aspects of the design consultancy projects: research, inspiration gathering, brainstorm, strategy defining, concept development, prototyping etc.

The ideal person’s profile
● Have been in the creative industry for minimum 10 years, have creative thinking ability and digital experience and have worked on a variety of industries and projects, preferably had experience in different international markets.
● Define and prioritise creative opportunity areas and then translating them into concepts.
● Confident presentation and storytelling abilities.
● A wide range of experiences in multiple fields within Creative Tech and Design including: User interfaces design, Create frameworks such as customer journeys, Design wireframes, User flow diagrams and application maps, Information Graphics, Typography, Motion Design and ability to work with Technology teams.
● Simultaneously thinks about the big picture and the micro-level details. Good understanding of the agile methodology, and design systems like atomic design.
● Expert level skills with Adobe products (Illustrator / Photoshop / XD / After Effect Sketch or Figma. Would be nice to know prototyping tool (such as InVision / ProtoPie / Principle) or any coding skill (web code, processing, arduino))
● A portfolio of recent work history showcasing successful product releases (particularly those not limited to screen-based interactions) and demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies and best practices.
● Good English and Chinese communication skills.
● Hungry for innovation and creative use of technology.
