Responsibilities
- Media & KOL Trading
1. Fully understand both internal and client’s market needs to create media plan proposals and media strategy, execute as planned, and monitor overall outputs on schedule and on budget.
2. Make sure creative outputs can support delivering the best media result.
3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with mass media, KOL, KOL agency as well as internet company.
4. Lead the team to establish a rich media resource library and maintain good communications with media partners.
5. Advance with the times and develop own capabilities to ensure Connect domain has enough competitiveness.

- Communications and team management
1. Manage internal team, media partners and vendors.
2. Closely collaborate with client service and other domain teams for case sharing.
3. Celebrate success with teams.

- Thought leadership
1. Support creating UMS domain (Connect) strategy and model, then promote through both internal and external communications.
2. Closely work with Marketing team to create UMS case study.
3. Participate in various events including but not limited to presentation, panel discussion and workshops.
任职要求
Required Skills and Experience
1. Ideally 5+ years’ agency media planning related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above.
3. Strong analytical mindset and experience working with social media & influencer analytics tools.
4. Adept at using media research and planning tools.
5. Understand the social media market trends and related policies of media resources.
6. Fluency in English.
