了解UI和UX的基本设计原理和规范；

有视频编辑能力优先；
敏捷的思维方式，对用户需求以及反馈和建议持开放态度，能够有效地适应变化；
享受挑战自己和被挑战的乐趣；
热爱产品文化（UI/UX）；
可以适应在快节奏中处理多项任务；
执行力强，结果导向；
沟通协调能力强，善于团队合作；
善于倾听，保持空杯心态，能够较好的倾听并吸收反馈，保持目标一致；
统招本科及以上学历，平面设计相关专业；
1-2年的工作经验；
擅长Adobe Creative Suite（Ai、Ps、iD和Pr），Microsoft（Excel, Word和PowerPoint）
会使用Figma或其他符合DD设计软件要求的优先；
有视频编辑能力优先。
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Senior Designer on the concept and execution of graphic design.
• Work closely with Creative Manager (your internal customer) to ensure the proper development of assigned graphic projects.
• Defining visual style for UI.
• Prototyping functional mockups and deliver UI builds
• Creating and maintaining Design System/Component Libraries.
Sustainability & Special Projects
• Understand the regulation of sustability.
• Support to build a brand guidebook.
PROFILE
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong typography and layout skills on print and digital.
• Understanding of the fundamentals and principles of UI and UX.
• Excellent creative skills focused on UI, UX and graphic design.
• Video editing capabilities is a plus
• An agile mindset, an open ear for user needs as well as for feedback and suggestions and can adapt efficiently to changes.
• Enjoy challenging yourself and being challenged.
• Passion for product culture (UI/UX).
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Action and result oriented.
• Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi-functional partners.
• Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design.
• 1 to 2 years working experience.
• Expert in ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier),
Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Figma and other design tools to create innovative digital design concepts and
specification is a plus.
• Video editing capabilities is a plus.
