Freelance Social Networks & E-Commerce Project Coordinator     

Project Coordination:
· learn and master our clients’ brand identities and guidelines
· coordinate and control the quality of the production of communication materials, KOL/KOC campaigns, e-commerce operational tasks
· handle the negotiation with external partners and supervise the collaborations with them
· assist our Account Managers in the research of market/legal/commercial information, new tools and service providers or solutions
· participate in the preparation of presentations to clients including proposals, activity reports, benchmark reports, market researches, etc.

Client Relations:
· participate in meetings with clients on project guidelines, progress and reporting
· be involved in daily correspondence with the client to ensure a fluid communication between the clients and the production teams.

· comfortable with multi-tasking, taking initiatives and responsibilities
· at ease with managing a variety of interlocutors to get things done within tight deadlines and given budgets
· digital savvy, has a good understanding of China’s social network and e-commerce platforms and functions
· Chinese native with good speaking and writing abilities in English, French is a plus

· 7-10k for full time. For the moment it is a half-time position
· Flexible working hours
· Work from home. Can work in our Guangzhou office if you like
