任职要求
We expect you:
• 2+ years relevant working experience in social media or digital marketing
• Main Support for retainer accounts, project management, client communication, KPIs delivery, budget management & control and lead team
• Good strategical planning skills - PR & Influencers plan & proposals, media coop proposals & coordination, event creative idea & plan
• Excellent knowledge and connection with media, new media and KOL
• Excellent communication skill in managing clients, media & KOL and 3rd parties
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Luxury, and Lifestyle industry
• Excellence in written and spoken in Chinese, copy writing skill on PR documents
• Proven leadership abilities in managing junior account or interns
• Fluent in written and spoken in English
• Strong knowledge in all Microsoft Office programs
• Positive attitude, passionate, solution oriented, willingness to learn, to work as a team, to demonstrate the leadership

• 主要协助上级负责日常客户维护及管理项目，维护良好的客户关系，完成相应KPI，项目预算管理和控制，团队管理；
• 拥有良好的定制传播策略方案技巧，包括公关传播方案、媒体合作方案、活动创意方案；
• 对媒体、新媒体和KOL有深入的了解和联系；
• 优秀的客户、媒体、KOL和第三方管理沟通技巧;
• 在时尚、美容、奢侈品或生活方式领域有丰富的经验；
• 具备优秀的中英双语书写及口头表达能力，对新闻稿撰写有丰富经验；
• 具备管理及带领团队初级员工或实习生的经验；
• 熟练操作MS Office办公软件；
• 积极的工作态度，对行业充满热情，问题解决导向，乐于学习新事物，良好的团队意识和领导力展现。
