The job in detail:
Client:
•Work as a contact window with client
•Participate in client meetings and presentations (as needed)
•Prepare client-meeting reports.
Media:
•Draft media relations materials
•Demonstrate knowledge of and familiarity with social media
•Sensitive to the latest media trends, and be able to outsource KOLs/media from different fields and platforms
•Conduct media outreach and follow-up
•Manage external vendors
Writing:
•Draft media briefing, abstracts, profiles, press kit materials and releases
•Proof and edit client related documents as needed
•Compose basic media plans and contribute to plan development processes as needed.
Team Participation:
•Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business as needed
•Balance workload between accounts and account staff to ensure that all work is accurate and completed within established deadlines
•Continually communicate with manager and other team members.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree, has a dedicated passion for PR
•Quick and eager to learn
•3+ years in PR agency, auto clients experience is preferred
•Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT) skills.
