KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for agency revenue and profit across owned portfolio
• Craft growth strategies and business development plan to grow business from existing/new clients
• Build and maintain senior client relationship
• Be proactive in assessing client needs and delivering added value to the client, provide key strategic initiatives and thinking. Being able to be also hands-on in order to deliver at client’s speed.
• Identify team structure and manpower resources required against meaningful scale of revenue
• Lead the development, management and training of the entire account team

THE PERSON – KEY COMPETENCIES
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to maintain the existing accounts and revenue generation
• Ability to build and maintain relationship with senior clients
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, production houses, and internal specialist resources
• Leadership in retain, manage and tutor the account team
CRITICAL SKILLS
• Ability to maintain and develop existing and new account and have proven success in growth
• Ability to develop IMC campaigns, Hero contents, but also creative digital campaigns on platforms like Douyin
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time (3/4 shoots per month)
• Able to negotiate with top marketing executives / brand managers and power to say “no”
• Have strategic and analytic (data) thinking to lead the clients and think/anticipate beforehand
• Strong leadership in developing, inspiring and mentoring the account team to deliver their individual personal growth targets
